We wanted our warranty to be as simple as possible, so here’s the nitty gritty:

Our warranty is for 24 months or 20,000km whichever occurs first.

To maintain your warranty with us, you must:

1. Maintain the vehicle as specified by Weissach Motors and/or the manufactures service schedule.

2. Respond immediately to any of the vehicle’s indicators regarding malfunctions and system failures.

3. Do not continue to operate your vehicle after warnings or alerts have been activated, or without proper fluid levels.

We can’t honour our warranty if the vehicles been neglected or misused. So some common sense exclusions will apply.

• This warranty applies only to the actual work listed and the parts installed on the invoice. No other warranty is implied or expressed.

• Normal wear items are not included (such as brakes, clutches, belts, wiper blades, tyres, fluids and filters etc.) unless the failure is due to poor workmanship or a manufacturing defect.

• Your warranty will be voided by overheating, lack of lubrication, off-road use, misuse, failure to perform required maintenance, modification of completed work, use of contaminated or non specified fuels or lubricants.

• This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the product or service. This warranty is not transferrable when the vehicle is sold.

• This warranty does not cover towing, storage, car rental, or any consequential or incidental damages, including damage to property, damage for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit or income, which may be incurred as a result of defective parts or workmanship.

• There is no warranty provided where the customer has requested a partial repair, for used parts or where customer supplied parts are used.

• Any limitations for warranty stated on the actual invoice shall override this 24 month/20,000km warranty
